Mariska Seereeram, Head of Talent Acquisition
Mariska Seereeram is Head of Talent Acquisition at Caribbean Resourcing Solutions Limited.
She brings over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Management advisory.
She specializes in leadership development strategies, performance management and industrial relations best practices in Trinidad and Tobago, supporting business leaders and staff of local and international companies.
Mariska holds a Masters of Business Administration, Certificate in Mediation skills, Advanced Diploma in Business Information Systems and Certificate in Labour Laws. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and member of American Society for Quality.
Susan Hale, Non-Executive Director
Susan Hale is the founder of Caribbean Resourcing Solutions (CRS) and currently serves as the Non-Executive Director to the firm. Her I.T. experience spans across the UK working with companies such as British Airways, EMI Records and Sony (UK) to name a few. Over 20 years, Susan successfully built CRS, the first technical recruitment company in the Caribbean. As managing director, she boosted local recruitment developments in information technology and in the oil and gas industry, supporting leading multinational companies such as BPTT, Repsol and Hewlett Packard in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as local corporations such as the Massy Group of Companies and RBC Royal Bank.
Angela Lee Loy, Chairman
Angela Lee Loy is the Chairman of Caribbean Resourcing Solutions Limited, Chairman of Aegis Business Solutions Limited, outsourcing and advisory services, Partner of Aegis & Co., external audit company and Chairman of recruitment agency, Eve Anderson Recruitment Limited. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) with over 40 years of professional experience, including thirteen years serving as Partner responsible for the provision of Assurance and Business Advisory Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Angela is non-executive director and Chairman of the audit committees for Prestige Holdings Limited (public company) as well as Gulf Insurance Limited. In addition she is President of Trinidad and Tobago Coalition Services Association (TTCSI) and within the NGO sector, Angela is Chairman of Social Justice Foundation and Chairman of Music Literacy Trust. She has held several past leadership roles including first female President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT) and first female President for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC), of which she was instrumental in the introduction of Practice Monitoring for accounting firms across the Caribbean region.
